Overview
Upgraded Events presents a comprehensive training course led by Dr. Andrei Mitu, a distinguished orthodontist and lecturer. Through hands-on instruction and expert guidance, participants will acquire the skills to master the art of wire bending, ensuring proficiency in this essential aspect of orthodontic treatment.
In the early 20th century, orthodontists embarked on a journey with brackets and wires to maneuver teeth, marking a pivotal moment in orthodontic history. Dr. Andrews revolutionized the field with his groundbreaking publication in 1972, "Six principles for optimal occlusion," which introduced brackets featuring predefined angulations and inclinations, thus reducing the necessity for manual wire manipulation.
