This website is operated by UPGRADED EVENTS S.R.L. It presents the courses we have organized and the programs we are preparing. By using it, you agree to these terms.

The content of this website, including texts, photos and logos, belongs to Upgraded Events or to the speakers and partners who allowed its use. You may not copy or republish it without our written consent.

We try to keep all information accurate and up to date. Course descriptions on this website are recaps of past events; details of future programs, including prices, dates and cancellation terms, are confirmed in writing at registration.

Privacy policy

UPGRADED EVENTS S.R.L. is the controller of the personal data you give us through this website, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What we collect. The data you send through our forms: name, email address, phone number, company or clinic and your message. If you register for a course, we also process the details needed for registration and invoicing.

Why we use it. To answer your questions, to keep you informed about future courses when you ask us to, to manage registrations and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Legal basis. Your consent, the steps needed before or for a contract, our legitimate interest in answering requests, and our legal obligations.

How long we keep it. Only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires for accounting documents.

Who we share it with. Only with providers that help us run the website, registrations and invoicing, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it and to withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to registration@upgraded-events.com. You can also file a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
